WP Refactor provides WordPress optimization services. We aim to achieve the performance goals stated in our packages (Basic, Advanced, Enterprise).
2. Payments & Refunds ("Money-Back Guarantee")
Payment: Services are paid as per the agreed invoice.
Guarantee: We guarantee a Google PageSpeed Insights mobile score of 90+ for the delivered work.
Refunds: If we fail to achieve a 90+ score on mobile, you are eligible for a refund.
Exceptions: This guarantee applies only if your hosting meets modern WP requirements. We are not responsible for slow server response times (TTFB) caused by poor hosting providers.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client owns the copyright to the custom code created. We reserve the right to display the work in our portfolio unless an NDA is signed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WP Refactor is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. The Client is responsible for maintaining website backups.
